When we bought our beautiful Visalia dream home in 2005 we never imagined the economy was going to dive in 2008 and affect every aspect of our being including the ability to hang onto our house!
When most people talk about an experience with a realtor, it’s usually a regular purchase or sale and short of a few normal glitches. It’s pretty cut and dry and its all about the realtor’s personality, promptness, etc. But with us, when the bank was close to knocking at our door and with no way to sell the house the conventional way, “short sale” was brought to our attention and we were sent to Susan. The day she walked into our home the light peeked through at the end of the tunnel. Her professional manner with just enough personal touch put us at ease as she explained and helped us to understand the whole process. And it was a tedious and sometimes painful process I’m not going to lie as a short sale is a step up from a foreclosure, but nonetheless, it’s an emotional journey and Susan was with us every step of the way. She found the perfect buyer and knew exactly how to communicate with the lender to get what was needed in a short sale. It wasn’t easy but the sale completed and closed. Susan was always prompt in returning phone calls and e-mails and just helped make a bad situation a little better.
We have come to learn over time that short-sales are not easy and many have expressed surprise at how quickly and clean ours was done and to that I say That’s because Susan knew her stuff with ever-changing laws and procedures, she’s right on the ball.
If we were ever in a position to purchase another property in the area again, no doubt the only one we would want to handle our transaction would be Susan Kazarian!
